The Cabins, tent sites, lodge rooms and wilderness sites have slightly different daily rates.

The  FIRST thing to do is become a member;

1. Membership is $60 per year, and may be applied toward a share or lot for five years. We have invited members of the Good Sam Club to use our facilities at a slightly higher rate than our Members.

2.  Purchase a  Share - $5000.   Share holder receives a  one percent ownership of entire campground (except individually owned lots).   Shareholders may also be recommended as Trustees by their pastors.

3. 30 or so lots are available from river front to smaller RV lots. Prices start at $1750 and go up to $7500 depending on location and size. Lots may be financed on easy terns or trades. These may be purchases with terms,  trades, or a cash discount.  Ask about details.

Much of the Nest will be used for  non-profit ministries such as a convention center,  a skilled nursing clinic,  schools for  nurse and paramedic training,  homes for dependent elderly and children,   a  health club which includes an indoor,  heated pool,   and other non-profit things as needs arise.
